At Hounds & Heels Boutique, I'm dedicated to giving customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience.  All Presale items can take any were from 2-10 weeks to come in the estimated arrival time is posted on each item. Please keep in mind estimates are just that, I have no control over how fast they are produced and shipped. No refunds are given on presale items due to change of mind or delayed products. If a product sells out before I can order you will be refunded. I try to use the best quality, fastest providers I can but many orders still take an average of 4/8 weeks.
